1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our comprehensive auditing tools, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made.

All sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital software and reports cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you have upgraded your plan or purchased a report, the service is considered fully consumed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues where the software fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate charges due to a billing error.

These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
